However dealers are encouraged to make large bulk orders of these motors so they become available sooner and in greater diversity. Because these are the most difficult and expensive motors to produce we make in terms of labor per unit, they remain very rare. Do not bother to place an order for under 500 units because it won't happen this year.

24mm Expendable (Single Use) Generally for model rockets under one pound for power levels C-H as model rockets. Perfect starter or crossover motors moving up from model rocketry (MR) to large model rocketry (LMR).

29mm Expendable (Single Use) The overall most popular motor size in the (over C power) world! Use in model rockets under one pound with power levels C-G and in large model rockets under 3.3 pounds with power levels E-H. 29mm also can cross over into HPR a bit with H-J. 29mm Reloadable The only "grease-free" and "reload o-ring free" reloadable motor experience in rocketry today is also the only system which has 7 fewer leaks than the "other" systems and allows you to reload in almost as little time as prepping an expendable. Last we checked the flying experience was about flying, not fiddling with lots of little parts at the launch site during hot or cold weather as you sweat to death or your fingers freeze off. Our reload kits are "glove compatible" and "big finger compatible". U.S. Rockets knows rockets! Innovative propellant styles too.

We love saying that! This is the standard motor size we pioneered (38mm) and which has become a true industry standard. There are some companies proffering 62.5g propellant based reload systems as "easy access". Bogus. Our 125g systems are technically superior and are within the only meaningful weight limit. The 125g model rocket weight limit proposed by U.S. Rockets and adopted by NAR and translated to many laws and regulations since. The 62.5g limit is merely a DOT-E-7887 and CPSC limit and has no meaning to adult supervised launches or anything except a narrow range of DOT class shipments. 38mm systems can fly on maximum model rocket power (minimum) and can range in power through H, I, J. Custom variants deliver K and L power. This is a versatile size.

Our 125g systems are within the only meaningful weight limit, the 125g model rocket weight limit proposed by U.S. Rockets and adopted by NAR and translated to many laws and regulations since. 54mm systems can fly on maximum model rocket power (minimum) and can range in power through H, I, J, K. Custom variants deliver L and M power as well using longer and heavier grain segments. This is a professional class power size.
