STILETTO 2.2
is a rocket with a 29mm "Host Mount-tm". "Interchange Mounts™" allow
you to prepare
several Interchange Mounts™ in advance of a launch and
change them quickly
when at the flying field. The kit includes a mount for 24mm.
STILETTO 2.2 utilizes an "Integrated Tube Shroud"-tm for its
reducer section and for improved dynamic stability. The result
is a great flying bird. Motor choices include low and mid
thrust 29mm E, F, G and H motors, as well as 24mm D12-3, E9-4,
E25-4, and F100-8. Extra high strength components
throughout facilitate flights over Mach 1 despite the
large size.

Best flights are with USR 29mm E20-4, E40-8, F20-4, F80-8, G60-12.
The tubes are over twice as thick as conventional
model rocket tubes, yet the tubes are constructed of
the same very high specification materials as model
rocket tubing, which itself is the finest in the
world. Other features include the use of a
TRADITIONAL but LARGE
balsa nose cone. Its very strong and lightweight construction
makes
it fly surprisingly high
compared
