The motors we have had certified and approved in the past occasionally need to be referenced by the authorities who insist on identification data being available.
You cannot buy motors at this time.
This is not consistent with the actual regulations as written, which we cite in detail on other portions of the website from the home page, but the regulators and their enforcement agencies (ATF, CPSC, EPA, and State CSFM's) are on a rampage and civil rights are the least of their concerns. In this environment it is a huge business and personal risk to offer a product that is being systematically criminalized desopite clear legislative mandates that only "proven dangerous" and "proven harmful" items be regulated. Now these agencies are regulating "potentially" hazardous and "precursors to hazardous or dangerous items".
And despite a shockingly near perfect safety record for several decades. Throw the baby out with the bathwater.
That is clearly illegal but since that is itself not a crime (inform me if you have a cite) nobody is able to or can stop them (ATF, CPSC, EPA). It is a conunmdrum we have rights we cannot access, we are punished when we do, and those AUTHORITIES that clearly violate the regulations, the law, the scope of their jurisdiction are themselves EXEMPT from recourse.
The only way to win is not to play.
